One connected system for AI value creation.
Base builds the operating foundation. Astrolabe explains what shapes performance. Workbench turns that understanding into execution and tracks whether the result follows.
Request a demoBuild the operating foundation.
Base brings together system data, documents, process evidence, and knowledge from the people doing the work inside a dedicated company environment.
Carrybase works with the company team to structure and validate this context, keeping the operating picture connected to its source evidence. Instead of rebuilding that context for every initiative, Base preserves what is learned and provides a common foundation for Astrolabe and Workbench.
With that foundation in place, Carrybase can reconstruct how work actually moves across the organisation.
Delegated permissions expired. Reauthorise to resume sync.
Plus the systems specific to the business. Where no connector exists, Carrybase builds it as part of the deployment.
See what is shaping performance.
Astrolabe reconstructs core processes from activity recorded across company systems and knowledge held by the teams involved. It reveals the decisions, handoffs, delays, rework, exceptions, and controls that shape how those processes perform.
Each finding remains connected to the evidence behind it and the business result it may affect. Process owners can review and refine the reconstructed picture, keeping judgement with the people closest to the work.
The result is not a generic list of recommendations. It is a grounded view of where performance is constrained, why it is happening, and what would need to change.

Carry the change through to the result.
Workbench turns an evidence-backed performance gap into an owned deployment. It connects the intended result, the intervention, accountable owners, dependencies, and measurement plan in one execution environment.
The company team and Carrybase use Workbench to redesign the relevant work, deploy the required AI and software, and manage implementation and adoption. Carrybase remains involved through the point at which the new way of working is operating in practice.
Workbench continues to follow the change after launch. It brings together delivery progress, adoption, operating indicators, and financial measures to show whether the original gap is closing and whether the improvement is sustained.
Because those measures draw from Base, every initiative remains connected to the operating evidence that prompted it.

Every deployment leaves the system stronger.
Workbench creates a record of what changed, what was adopted, and what effect followed. That evidence returns to Base alongside updated process context, reusable components, measurement logic, and learning from delivery.
The next deployment does not start from a blank page. It starts with a stronger understanding of the business and a growing set of capabilities that can be adapted rather than rebuilt.
Company data stays inside its own private environment. What moves across the portfolio is structure: workflow components, integration patterns, evidence requirements and measurement templates.
Tolerance rules, evidence gathering, routing to an accountable owner.
Maps machine, order and finance events into one comparable process trace.
Labels stoppage reasons from machine data and routes recurring ones to an owner.
A value claim cannot change state without a named source and a measurement plan.
Built inside the company. Compounded across the portfolio.
Each portfolio company maintains its own dedicated environment. Its data, operating context, and evidence remain private to that business.
Across the portfolio, Carrybase provides a consistent structure for understanding performance, delivering change, and reviewing value realisation. Reusable components, measurement approaches, and delivery knowledge can strengthen subsequent deployments without combining the underlying company data.
Over time, individual AI initiatives become a repeatable value-creation capability for the fund.
Built to be let into the business.
Carrybase works inside operating systems that hold commercially sensitive information. The architecture is the answer rather than a policy page.
One environment per company, with nothing pooled. Findings point back to the record they came from, so nothing is asserted without a traceable origin. Reusable structure moves between deployments and company records never do.
Process owners validate findings and authorise changes. The system proposes. The company decides.
Formal certification is planned and will be published once it is in place.
