Who is building it.
João Freitas founded Carrybase. He led teams at Cofidis and Banxware, worked on applied AI at Shell, and researched at KU Leuven how real processes can be rebuilt from the traces they leave in the systems that run them.
That research is where the product comes from. The old method needed rigid event logs. Modern models do not.
